And we have reduced the proportion of meat to make room for delicious and, above all, homemade vegetarian dishes. Healthy and environmentally friendly - that's our motto!
And when it comes to breakfast, we have a South Tyrolean taste explosion! 100% from South Tyrol, with homemade fruit spreads, fresh farm eggs and oven-fresh bread - the hearts of breakfast lovers beat faster!
But wait, that's not all! Not only do we have great tasting treats, but we also don't waste. We pride ourselves on being almost zero waste. Because with us, nothing is wasted, but everything is used and, above all, appreciated.
And here's the kicker: we have the courage to break new ground! In 2022, we adjusted the meal times in our evening restaurant. Why?
