Hotel
All prices are per person and per day (eventually per week if stated), including gourmet half-board and the RittenCard.
All inclusive: A rich breakfast, the evening meal, the use of the SeaSpa with bio sauna, Finnish sauna and the boat house sauna. The use of the swimming pool, the provided bath robe, the use of our personal lake-shore with the appertaining deckchairs, the boat rental, the tennis court and the “cuddle nest”. Free WLAN in the rooms and the lobby from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Additional charges
Single use of double room in the categories Oartl and Mitterstieler 50%, in the categories Windspiel and Wallner 60% on the half pension price per day. Dogs only after acceptance: Euro 25,00 per day (not allowed in the categories Koben, Roarer, Johannis, Merl, Mitterstieler, dining rooms and Spa area) without food, if necessary final cleaning for Euro 30,00.
Cancellation
If you should cancel your vacation for any reason you can do this at no charge within 4 weeks before the date of your arrival. Within 3 weeks before the arrival we will charge up to 50% of the total price. Thereafter we are allowed to charge up to 90% of the booked arrangement. In the same way we charge for delayed arrival and premature departure.
Local tax
Beginning on 1 January 2014, a local tax will be introduced in South
Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion
and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization
of cultural and sports events.
The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and
per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is Euro 3,50 per person and overnight stay. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy.
The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.

South Tyrol Guest Pass
• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
